According to the latest data from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, as of today, Ukraine has harvested 5 million 882 thousand tons of grains and pulses and 1,390 thousand tons of oilseeds. The yield of grains and pulses amounted to 39.4 centners per hectare. Mykolaiv and Odesa regions were the leaders of this year's harvest.

Early grains and pulses were harvested on an area of 1495 thousand hectares. In particular, the grain harvest is as follows:

Barley - 577.2 thousand hectares with a yield of 39.0 c/ha, total threshing - 2253.3 thousand tons.
Wheat - 831 thousand hectares with a yield of 41.2 centners per hectare, total harvest - 3420.2 thousand tons.
Peas - 85 thousand hectares with a yield of 24.6 c/ha, total harvest - 208.9 thousand tons.
Mykolaiv region is the leader in grain harvesting, with 344.8 thousand hectares harvested, and the largest grain harvest was recorded in Odesa region - 1297 thousand tons.

In addition, farmers in Ternopil and Vinnytsia regions have finished harvesting peas.

Along with grain harvesting, farmers in all regions have already started harvesting winter rape. The area under winter rapeseed is 563.5 thousand hectares. The yield is 24.7 centners per hectare, with a total harvest of 1390.1 thousand tons of seeds.

The harvest is nearing completion, and this year's results show positive performance in Ukrainian agriculture. The government and agricultural companies hope for stable development of the agricultural sector and further improvement of the country's economic performance.
